This workshop is not dependent on your knowledge of the Managed Change methodology, but rather it is for any experienced change practitioner that is ready to lead, coach and build organizational change capability.
Participants can receive a globally recognized certification and develop the advanced knowledge and tools to lead all types of changes, in addition to continuing education hours. LaMarsh Global is an official education provider for the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and the Project Management Institute (PMI). The Managed Change workshops are eligible for 21 hours of continuing education hours by the ACMP and 14 hours by the PMI.
