Michael is a seasoned human resources management practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in various roles, from training and development to HR. His passion is all about helping people and organizations change in times of growth and transformation.

Michael has been involved in several transformational and restructuring projects in his capacity as a Consultant and a HR Leader. Managing change was part of his personal experience in several restructuring exercises as well as designing integration processes after the acquisitions of companies.

Michael presently works as an Executive Coach as well as a Change Consultant to help leaders make meaningful change in their business strategies. His skills and expertise cover:

  • Extensive experience in facilitation, training and coaching in the Manufacturing, Banking and Financial Services
  • A passionate Facilitator cum Advocate of Leadership and inspiring middle to senior managers to become great leaders and effective followers. Presently, he is accredited associate-trainer with the Inspirational Development Group, UK
  • A Certified Coach (ACC) and worked with both senior and middle level managers to help them make an impact in their career through insightful thinking and leadership presence.


Michael earned a Master of Education in Continuing Education (Training and Development) from the University of Sheffield. While with the Republic of Singapore Air Force, he attained a post-graduate diploma in Training and Development from the Singapore Institute of Management . He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  An accredited coach with the International Coaches Federation (ICF) and the NeuroLeadership Institute.
